Probably a scratch in the picture, but that is not an odd T-shaped hubcap or knockoff. It clearly has demountable rims on those wood spoke wheels.

Chrysler and others used 7 lug wheels around 1930.

The 1st two photos are from Ansonville, North Carolina, the last from Anson County, North Carolina. I can't tell for sure in the 2nd photo is recent or vintage, the caption says "Ansonville, NC : allen duke of ansonville 1955" That is complete with the lower case.
