Be slowed a little. Working with a buddy on his 56'. Here's a couple pics of the 56' mini tub.

And a little more work on the 52'. Fired up the small block on points that was sitting for 17 years. Did the brakes using factory master for now. Gas tank and fuel lines. Buttoned up the front end lift blocks.

Scabricating the grill together. 51' Chevy grill surround with the teeth from a 53" Buick.

That body is lookin great. Itll be a clean car when its done!

As I had said before, I lifted my '50 the same way as you did and I finally drove it for the first time the other day. If yours ends up like mine, you have nothing to worry about with the ride. Seems to ride like it should with the spacer block.

To be honest, It has more of a old gasser vibe with the factory steel wheels than those you put on it, they just scream foul to me, and makes it look like something from the 90s, and that completely takes away from the gasser look you have accomplished.

Not to insult at all thats just my honest .02;)

    Regardless, excellent work.

I only thru on the FagStars because I got tired of putting air in the stockers.
Been working on it some. Mostly have the front grill done. Cut and tucked the rear bumper.....with the help of my friends. Maybe get it to move under its own power here,in a week or two.
