Hey new guy from Colorado, who are you, did you post an intro?

Anyway, it looks like your Hudson is quite the sleeper. I don't think I've ever seen it around town before.

Oh yea, this is who he is talking about:

I'm sorry I didn't post an intro but either way... My names Johnathan. I have owned this car since I was 19. I bit off more than I could chew and relized I can't afford to rebuild the 308 twin H power six, So I was talking to Bob one day at the bar and a deal was struck to have him put a big block caddy in it with the condition that I could be there learning what he was doing. So I have had this car on the road since last November and I drive it quite a bit even though I have never titled it in my name. Its registered as my 1997 vw jetta.haha. It likes to do burnouts, its just the nature of the beast!
If you ever go to the Skylark Lounge I'm there for most shows as well as I dj there on Sundays. I'm also the little guy who is always dancing. This picture was taken in front of Lipgloss on drunken night!
I worked at Gennie shifter for awhile but when they fired Jim and Chad I had enough and walked on them!!!

  9. Let me see if I read this right.

Burnouts on a public road (Guilty of this one myself)
    Drunk driving
    No registration
    No insurance
Walked out on job becaues your friends got fired.

You sound like a real piece of work, when you gonna paint
it flat black, the wheels look like their already red.

I never said I was Jesus! I didn't get into Hotrods and Kustoms to be square! If I could find my title I would register it, If I got in a wreck I would take care of my responsibilities to whomever(I might be an idiot sometimes but not out to screw someone)! I can guarantee you more people than you know have driven drunk(they just will not admit to it). As for I, I don't regret what I have done(thank god I haven't hurt anyone), I learn from it! I'm sorry if you got your feelings hurt when I stick up for my friends who got screwed. I'm a very loyal person Don't fuck with me or my friends!
I'm sorry that you don't like my paint scheme now but one day I will buy a nice metal flake paint job untill then its walmart primer for me! And yes my wheels are red oxide primer with a black primer bottom. And soon I will put red oxide primer on the top half too.
Now maybe you would like to go get a beer and stop thinking your shit don't stink! haha damn!

I still have it laying around, I have the crank done but the rest of the parts need to be machined. Make me an offer for the whole motor, oilpan to carbW/linkage.
and maybe the dual range Hydromatic if you want that too.

Its my friends Christinas she bought it from a guy In vegas and drives it around here and there. right now it has a bad coil I believe. Its a red 59 I think. I know Aaron has a few buick 215ci laying around that you could throw in it too! I have the keys to her garage so I suppose it would be fine if you ever wanted to see it.

I forgot to tell you that the tires on my Hudson are the tires that I bought the car with (6 years ago)...I got it from a guy that had it stored in a field(it did run and drove too). I put air in them and they held so I have been testing them everyonce in awhile doing burnouts. you should see them now!!!
