    here is the new wheel edges, now only new locks will be installed then there will be no more rebuilding this season.

    a friend, who also built a mercury 1939, helped me to get hold of an original top, with all original parts from one of the few new sold in Sweden

    now the Merc has run all summer across sweden but I found a french 110hp Engine that will fit the car nice :)

    I was never really satisfied with the interior he did a poor job. and you sat not nice, so I bought a new seat last spring and now I get help to move over the leather to it

    This is the worst part, but I will rebuild the rear seat too

    I was getting the seat today, a 60's ford seat custom built to look older.
    I think she did a good job

    then the job continues with the front suspension and steering, It will probably run for another year with the old flathead before the Mercury gets a new Engine

    I welded on the perch and then turned them down

    finally I got my side trims, container took a little extra time.
    perhaps they be on the Mercury next year ..

    but I will change dash to a shoebox -51, I miss the chrome around the gauges, does anyone have it for sale?
