I am equally happy to learn I will see Lee at GNRS as I am to see his Nomad. There is a really great story about the interior on this car; hopefully Lee will get on and tell it sometime.

I'm glad the Nomad's finished so Lee finally has something cool to drive.

The paint process re: no respirater, minimal masking, are dead give away's that it's lacquer.

  21. The car is amazing ... heck all his cars are great (the ones I know about), but the flames on the rear qtrs, I never got that. Yes I know I don't have to get it because its not my car. I hope to see it in person someday, great craftsmanship.

  22. SO good to see it done again......I had always assumed from photos that the paint was much lighter (like on my own car)....

LEE is a hell of craftsman and a super guy. I remember his sub framed on both ends Buick. Might have been the first of its kind, it was the first I ever saw and I remember thinking how unique a set up.
Lee loves purple and I kept him supplied with Kustom Knights shirts which he proudly wore a lot.
