Have you dudes been up to much wagon business lately? I am hell keen this year to do a trip over, buy a 59 or 61 Galaxie Wagon, cruise it round abit and hopefully bring it back to NZ. Not many here and I just have the want for one at the mo.

Looks like an American 67 to mid 70s dodge dart but we never made wagons.

Me too. That was one of my favorite cars at SEMA. It was like brand new, but slammed.

Here's a few pictures of my 61 Lakewood. Not quite as long of a roof as some of the other ones on here, but still a wagon. Still a little bit of a project, but its a driver.-dd

Something easy you can try. I do it when I don't have my camera with me and it works fine.
First add your E-mail address to your cell phone contact list.
Take the picture with your cell phone and send it to your E-mail address. From your E-mail save the picture to a file then when you use the browse feature on the HAMB you can select that picture.

I think you're on the right track: Hood says "Valiant". I'd love to import a body and add '67-'73 US Valiant front sheet metal, dash, etc.

Excellent! Love the older Corvairs, but looking at this got me trying to remember if I ever saw the late body style in a wagon? They may have made one, but I can't say I remember what they looked like.

Is yours an automatic or stick?

The first car my folks had that I have the longest memories of, riding around in, was their blue Nova wagon. Man, that rear cargo area with the metal surface was hotter that blazes in the Nevada summers!

That Cortina engine compartment is a whole lotta sheet metal and not so much engine block.;)

They never made the wagons in the late model body. Only in 61 and half of 62. Mines an automatic, but the previous owner updated it to a 64 drivetrain with a bigger engine, front sway bar, disc brakes on the front, and traverse leaf rear (acts like a rear swaybar). -dd
