Don't worry Falfa, I m registered. It is rather fitting that my number is 151, since that is a type of hard liquor that many people just can't handle and tend to shy away from.

Doker, I've seen many pics of your beauty and have a couple on file. You need to come just a bit further East to the Blue Suede Cruise and compete against the Ohio area guys in the heart of gasser country. AA/GS cars will likely be there to put on their show again this year and many of the guys who compete in the Gasser Reunion at Thompson will be there running (as well some will hit the MD). Shame these two events fall on the same weekend (again). I think both would benefit if they could get some separation with one hitting just after Thompson.

    DH9185-

Thanks for the offer, but I have to tell you...Nothing in the world would cause me to miss the Meltdown...not even my own heart attack.

I have been to the March Meet, Goodguys at Pomona and many other events, but they fail to compare to the true vintage nature of the Meltdown. While there are a lot of nice nostalgic events in the country, the Meltdown Drags is the only vintage event to attend.

Also, I finally got Falfa to accept my challenge and I have to put on a good show for the MOB.

Best 2 out of 3.....IF... you can make the long haul.....
don't forget your toe covered boots....no flips flops or sandals....

I may not be the fastest but my y block powered f100 pulled my camper down there AND back home three hours each way AND made it down the track. It wasn't the slowest y block powered rig that weekend either. Unfortunately I'm standing up in a wedding this year and won't be able to make it. It's the best time you can have at a racetrack!

II Funny- We swapped the big block for an Evinrude!

Falfa- I like the 2 out of 3 idea, but I won't keep stretching it to 3 out of 5 or 4 of 7...
