Here´s my latest. Screwed up the paint job and got some nasty ghost lines under the candy, but I´ll show it to you anyway. Revell ´29 Ford Pickup kit with some minor modifications.
Bought this at a estate sale. 1/8 scale Lindberg. It was a total wreck, all the parts were there, just had to glue it back together. Turned out pretty cool. Mel
This 61 Galaxie started life as an AMT curbside. With a donor 63 Galaxie I added the complete frame and engine. The dog dish caps and beauty rings were machined from a aluminum and polished. All the trim was done with BMF. gbritnell
I'm working on the latest release of the Exterminator kit.... You can still find these kits on ebay...
Yeah! Mine was in the original box from the early sixtes but the box just fell apart, and it came with a lot of the extra parts to build the other versions of the kit. Mel
Here's my amt 55 sedan, I just finished it last night. It's on a parma edge frame, with a few upgrades.
As usual there are so many superb builds! I really need to get my arse into gear and finish something! Mr Nilsson, love the RPU! Maybe some creative pinstriping could hide the paint flaws, honestly I cant see them! Old Coyote, man your builds are so clean, every one looks just perfect! Once again all I have is a work in progress, another 40 coupe. Last one was the old AMT kit. This one is the newer Revell 40, still not sure how to go with the side windows on this one. Its not quite as radically lowered as the other one, I may remove the 'B' pillar completely. Or enlarge both the door and rear windows, roughly drawn on rain gutter to see how it looks? All comments, advice, ideas and opinions on what way to go would be appreciated on this one! Cheers, Doc.
