Hey guys another newbie here! As stated I'm from west Texas. I'm not new to horse power just new to custom restoration. Tinkered a lot with motors growing up and I am now trying my hand at my own custom rebuild. I have a 62 F-100 unibody that is my current project. It was my grandfathers given to my dad and is now mine. Had a lot of memories in this truck and it was killing me seeing it parked and rusting away. I took action soon as I could and it is now stripped down to nothing just about. Pulled the motor and tranny the other day plan to drop in a 351 Windsor and change the 3 on the column to a floor shift automatic and a ford 9" rear end. Gonna drop it a little give it a good hot rod stance update the brakes by adding a brake booster and add power steering and a sway bar to help out. Have been trying my hand at some body work and it is just that a lot of work. I'm sure y'all will get accustomed to me picking y'all's brains when I find myself scratching my head. The name is Reagan by the way! Here's some pics of "old blue" when we got him and during some of the tear down stage! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
