51 ford door sag

    The driver side door on my 51 Vic sags on the latch side about an inch. is there an adjustment to correct this. Any help appreciate.

    Yup, sounds like you're in the market for a new/rebuilt hinge. Adjustment won't take out a 1''drop in a door hinge;)
     
  4. Yes rebuild the hinges for sure. I found sometimes that's not enough especially if the hinges are off a different car. I wound up making shims for the hinges. Made out of sheetmetal so they are thin. I prefer they are a touch on the high side as the hinge pins wear down and will eventualy be perfect. My doors close like a refridgerator. Click. Doors are very heavy and the hinges suck.
