The wifey got me a new Moleskine sketch book for Xmas, so I've decided to do a sketch per day using the pile of torn out pages that my father gave me from his childhood collection of mags as inspiration.

  15. Happy New Year!!

Looks like I will continue my burning ways for 2014. Hopefully some of pieces will make it off my walls and onto yours this year.

A new Chevy hood emblem. Laser cut and painted. About 24" long.

2013 was a good year for me - I got the kick in the butt I needed to put me on the right track. I really appreciate all the positive words from the guys here that take the time to write - I hope to keep you smiling on my 'artistical' journey this coming year. I have deep respect for you all.

  23. Likewise Foolinjection. It was a strange year for me. Too much separation from my family and little time to do my own art work but lots of time to think and grow in other ways. Watching you crank it up from week to week has been inspiring and, while the art shows have been smaller than in the past, a lot of new comers have kept it fun and interesting. Thanks to all, good first week 2014...
