Hey there I'm new to this forum thing but I'm all about old, super clean cars! I have been in the VW scene for something like 18 years or so, it all started with my first car, a 1963 Karmann Ghia, that I still own and love. I also love Custom cars (not spelled with a K) and early 50's late 40's style hot rods. I am building a car for my father, a 1932 Plymouth PB coupe, that he has had for almost 40 years, and so I joined the site to help with things I have no idea about. (I can build an early VW with my eyes closed but a transverse spring set up, I'm in the dark)
I hope this is all I need to start this ball rolling.

Welcome to the H.A.M.B. Your '32 Plymouth should make a very nice ride. I have a PB coupe that I bought in 1962 and have kept pretty much stock. I'm working on a PB roadster that's going to have a 241 hemi -- should go a little faster than the coupe. If you want to see some of the stuff I'm doing to that car, check out my Web site. Best of luck and feel free to ask questions as you get into the project. If there are mistakes to be made, I've probably already made them! Maybe I can help you avoid them.

I am also new to this forum. It seems to be awesome. I sure like knowing how many guys out there have 32 Plymouth coupes. I have been building one for three years now. I want it all Mopar so it has taken a while to find all the right parts. I just got my 1970 340 six pack installed and it is awesome. I will be posting pictures soon as I figure out how. 1386967864943.jpg

    63ghia,
I am building a 32PB right now too. I am pretty much an FNG in ALL respects too, but maybe I can be of help. Look at some of my old posts for pics of what I am doing. My 32PB was my dad's. He bought it in 63 and decided to hold onto it for me when I was born in 67. It has been garaged since 67 until I started on it in January this year.
