Absolute perfection in every way. The car looks amazing at any angle and the interior came out top notch. My favorite part is the paint, the single stage with the clear mixed in gives it a lacquer-like depth without being overly clear coat shiney like so many base/clear jobs you see nowadays.

Its really stunning, man. You outdid yourself.

  3. WOW! I have to say when I first heard you wanted to go with brown I kind of cringed but man that interior turned out great!

Sorry it has taken me so long to get to this, I just haven't had the skirts off! I think somebody else asked me as well.

    Pardon the brake dust!

You can see on the second picture how I had to cut and bend the arm that clamps the top of the fender inward a bit to get the skirt to fit right against the fender.

On the front there is an arm that reaches forward and holds onto the fender support bracket. On the back I got rid of the weird clamp system and just run a bolt through the bottom lip of the skirt, through the bottom lip of the fender.

And thank you so much to everybody else who has replied. I appreciate your kind words.

There's something big in the future for this car, but you'll just have to stay tuned to find out!

  22. I've always meant to comment on your car, but never have. You have done just a fantastic job. You have given me some good ideas on what I can do with my 48 Fleetline.
