First Love Andretti Film

I've never been a fan of Andretti but didn't know much of his story. Changed my mind a bit after this.

Great film and vintage footage - wish they showed the Hudson reconstruction.

They do. Not in detail, but it's there. Let the first part play through and the build starts. But, it's sped up.

That's a VERY good film. I think it's fair to say that it could be dedicated to EVERY guy or gal, that's looked at a pile of parts/junk and said, "I can do this. It's doable."

 

Mario always was and is still one of the good guys.

 

Great film, I now feel somewhat schooled on the subject.

 

Always liked Mario, he is a racer. The film was great, thanks for posting it. Looking forward to part 3.

He still gets the sparkle in his Eyes when talking about cars and racing. a true gear head.

 

When I was growing up he was a hero of mine. Of course, he could drive almost anything and won in much of it! USAC, F1, NASCAR - and of course, Indy - Mario ruled. Great to see the old guy still wants to get on the gas!
