    I've got a couple of Holley master lists that helps ID Holley 4V carburetors but I'm finding little out there on Holley 2V carbs. I've got several of them and would like to ID each of them properly before deciding on which to use on an upcoming project.
    For example here's a weird one:
    Holley 2V
    on the RIGHT front of the air/choke horn it has ECG AS and LIST 1379
    on the LEFT side of the air/choke horn it has 6A2 (date code).

    Most of the ones I've seen with the date on the left were part of multi-carb setups (tri-power, six-pack, etc).

    Can anybody shine some light on this? I've got and read lots of ideas but I would like to know EXACTLY what the original application and CFM is on this thing. :confused:

    Ok, so this time when I searched it I got an actual application. As it turns out it was correct for a 1957 Ford with 272ci engine. However, it still doesn't give me a CFM rating.
    Does anybody know of a Holley master list for their 2V carburetors where it shows all the factory applications and CFM ratings??

    One of my Holley spec books list the R-1379, 1A and 2A for 1957 Ford pass car 272" engines. No info on CFM ratings, but would guess around 250-300. :)

    Holley kit 2300 will fit the L-1379. The CFM should be ~350. Given that it is the same size as the holley 2300. You could also measure the venturis.
    Size=CFM
    98=190
    1.01=240
    1.02=245
    1.08=287
    1.14=300
    1.21=351
    1.23=356
    1.33=424

    The above size=cfm is for a Ford Carb or a Holley 2300 series?
