This looks like an amazing event. I'd love to see a clone or a franchise of it in Wisconsin. All we get is lawn chair fat guy shows where everyone leaves after trophies, or a drunken barn dance party with old car parking.

Love seeing the pictures, I would build a car for this!

 

A customer of mine is looking to have me build something like this for him next year. Watch out mike!

I missed last years ROG because I had to be in a wedding (trust me, I'd rather be racing!), so hopefully I will be considered for this years event. Im running a banger with 2 strombergs, Mallory dual point, long tube header and currently searching for a head.

 

1st potential Trog 2014 entry.

Gonna post a build thread when I have extra time. Top secret race prep. Maybe I'll be allowed to play with the big boys this year. I think the roof height and surfboards slowed me down a bit but driving on the sand is F-U-N.

ok....sneak peek. Don't know if I will make the cut to run, but making some improvements over the winter.

 

If I wanted to run my flathead 8 in my Tudor that would be fun to run side by side on the beach. but I am leaning the way of Y Bock for this one.
