I restored a 1939 Zephyr 3-window coupe a few years ago. I thought it was a unbody car, yours looks like it has a frame. have you installed a frame?? just curious, your car is a real looker!!

 

G'day we've stalled on the zephyr at the moment. Customer orders. Hopefully get it going again in the new year. Great jobs take time and patience . Working on a 1950 kaiser Virginian at the moment then I'll customise a 49 Oldsmobile coupe.

That has got to be one of THE best looking Zephyrs I have ever seen. You pegged the look and proportions all around. Amazing work and nothing more I can say but WOW!

Oh, and you can come by and work on mine during your America tour! I will serve you fresh draught beer and give you a place to stay

Was searching for Lincoln Zephyrs and found this. Is there any update? I’ve decided, if I’m going to build a custom, why not start with one of the most beautiful cars stock.

 

The OP hasn't been on the HAMB since May of 2014. Too bad, cool project!
