Car Shows

The wife and I went to Hot August Nights in Reno last August. We had a ball! She has gone from being ambivalent with cars to really enjoying them.

So I'm asking for some input. Is there a car show that we should make?

I'm looking for opinions so we can plan a trip for next year.

The West Coast Kustoms have a great show in Santa Maria, Ca in May on the Memorial Day weekend. There's the Mooneyes Christmas show in SoCal in early December. The L.A. Roadster show is a great weekend on a large scale.

The cruise the coast in mississippi is a pretty cool gig.

Back To The 50's at the MN state fair grounds. All the way cross country for you but well worth the trip. 12,000+ cars last year!

 

Speed Gems, saw a clip on the Back to the 50s and liked it. We are going to look into that as a trip for the summer. Thanks.

West Coast trip is being considered, and may incorporate into a longer trip to do the wine country in 15.

Not hot rods, but there are an awful lot of very cool cars at Hershey in October. Plus the AACA Museum
