I drove by the old shop the other day. Sad to see the once busy store sitting there with the for sale sign on it. It was nice to see both cars at the Detroit Dragway Reunion last spring.

  3. It took me a minute to put 2 + 2 together. Walt's Fiat has been red forever, but the relocated door hinges finally caught my eye. Smart fellow that Walt is. Suicide doors on the Topolino's never were a good idea on a drag altered!

Built a couple Fiat/double dragster kits in my youth, then saw a feature on Walt's Puffer. I thought, "what a great name for a car!" It was a plus that it ran as great as it looked. Thanks for the post.

It was a good thing you getting the chance to record past Histort with a one on one day. The older we get we start to forget a few things. That was a truly great Thanksgiving day.
