We've been dropping, drilling, and filling 1928-36 Ford axles for over ten years now... We also do king pins, tie rods, and all kind of other custom work. Here are some examples:

Axle A is a 28-31 Model A Ford which has been stretch dropped 4 inches.

Axle B is a 32 Ford Heavy which has been stretch dropped 5 inches.

Axle C is a 32-36 Ford which has been stretch dropped 4 inches.

We can provide you with a dropped axle or we can drop your axle. Retail price to drop an axle is $200. Core charge for Model A is $50.00 and for 33-36 axles is $75. Core charge for a 32 Heavy is market value, presently around $400.00 (when available).

All axles are straightened if necessary, kingpin bores are resized if needed, and all axles are Magnafluxed before shipping. We also can fill the ends of the axle for $100 and drill the center for $100. You have a choice of stretch drop or conventional drop. The difference is stretch drop maintains the original width within 1/8 of an inch, while a conventional drop shortens the axle approximately 3/4 of an inch per side.

Oh, and if you have a 37-41 axle that needs dropped hit up our pal Sid at Nostalgia Sid's. He will treat you right.

Otherwise, drop us an email, send us a pm or give us a call. We'd be glad to help.

Just got 4 axels back from joe and very satisfied with the results. Very good communication, and got them back when he said i would. On time and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Thanks .

No before photos, but this axle is "old chrome" and had a hell of a bow between the perch pins. (Laying flat on it's side I measured about an inch and a half of space in the middle) Joe assured me he could "gently coax" it back without harming the finish.

I was so impressed I bought a dropped A from him just to have on hand for future use.
