I really enjoy your updates. Your work is very good and I like your outside of the box thinking. Your a very handy fellow indeed!
Damn Clark, The roadster is looking great. I hate to see you put it on the back burner but can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve for Detroit ! Jim Posted from the TJJ App for iPhone & iPad
Doors like what you've mocked up will look great. When I was at Hollywood Hot Rods a couple of years ago I was looking at all of the hammer forms Troy used to make this dual cowl vent setup on a '32 with a Duvall style windshield. Looks fairly simple when you see it broken out into individual steps I think the key is just getting the design right before you start and you're covered there. I'll see if I can find the pictures I took.
I like the doors, they go with the cowl vent design, your exhaust looks awesome, nice design also. Thanks for sharing.
I love the concept you have here and can't wait to see this all done. I am sure it will be another exceptional piece of rolling art!
Go with the louvers! And if the local guys give you any gruff punching them on an angle like that give me a call. That's pretty standard patterning for me...

Clark: Just love the heck out of your roadster. I had one I un-channled once upon a time and really miss it. Love the doors in the side panels!!! Its looking great. Hope you can get back on it sooner than planned. I've enclosed a pic of a '33 cabrio I'm re-doing. It was cut up pretty bad but that's it in my avatar. Stay after it brother!! Tim
I love the car so far and can't wait to see the next phase. I am starting on another one this Winter.
I think the blizzard here on the easy coast is my fault. ....I'm working on my roadster again! Plan is to take it to Detroit. Dug it out of storage yesterday. Storage wasn't good to her.....just some surface rust Igor the gauges in the dash today. Decided to go with a 32 Packard speedometer and a set of 33 Chevy duplex gauges. Clark
