Kev you're going to have to create a plaque that numbers each of these master pieces with the date they are built and with your signature on. I'd be proud to display one on my car :)

How about acid etched brass ones similar to timing tags? I think every owner of a Mercury that has been seriously worked on by Kevan would love the idea.
Forgot to say having seen the Mexicali in person..man that car is low! It looks crazy :)

Well they aren't just for mercs but probably the first 8-10 will be 39/40 mercs. Yeah #1 is my merc, #2 Mexicali, #3 Kirkegaard, #4 Jason Hodge, #5 Nathan Jaggard, #6 Jake Haines, #7 Thomas Pendelton, and three more in the works but not confirmed yet.

Bill Hines cloned the Matranga and the car sat in the NHRA museum in Pomona for many years, im not sure if its still there.

I'm not sure I follow you here. Sorry.
Bill Hines did a Matranga clone for Duncan Emmons and I had the article about the build in Street Rodder as one of the inspirations to finally decide to buy, ship over and build my -40 Mercury.
