I have looked through most all the possibilities on Carnut, but cant find a make model or year to match this bezel. For some reason it looked like an olds or Buick to me, but apparently not. Do you recognize it?

On hand are probably 100 bezels of the past, few ID'd. There is a lot of work ahead trying to figure out what they are.
    Thanks,

    Mike

Carmuts, thankyou very much for the links! They will be more than helpful. Turns out it is a Buick, 41-48.

With the NOS and used parts pile I have these links are valuable beyond beleif. No problem in posting. Ton's of good info out there, but finding some of these pages is a real apin with the current search engines slanted to linking you to porn and big box store websites. Rod

Valuable for real! I bought a load of red and clear glass lenses, bunches of bezels, spot lights, marker lights, tractor lights, literally hundreds of items at a GARAGE SALE. It was an exciting day.

A few of the things will probably not get id'd like what looks like two large vintage side lights for an old Limo. Their large white lenses are hinged to lift up and away from the base. Unusual.

Sounds as exciting and challanging as the 14,000+ NOS,NORS and used parts I bought from an old salcage yard that was being closed and cleaned up. Still have most of it and only about 40% of it sorted this far. So a busy winter ahead trying to finish sorting and get a bunch more sold. Over 300 tail lights and headlight parts, so I know the challange well. Good luck as some of it is frustrating. Rod

If what I found got the blood pumping, yours would bust one of my vessels.

Buying that much all at once is a real rush. It was a hard fought battle, just to get together and discuss the deal followed by intense negotiations as far as price. 4 days of loading hauling and sorting the good stuff from the stuff that was best resold for scrap. I had about 80% of it loaded and home when my daughter became seriously ill. Made it back home a month later to get the remaining 20% only to find some more valuable stuff missing. Hurried and got the rest over with and made it back home 6 weeks later when my daughter got out of rehab. The newness of all of this stuff had worn off as I was worn out mentally. Sold enough to survive the winter being unemployed. Have alot more to sell to finish paying the medical bills that got turned over to collections, so likely a God send in that respect as it is helping us through some tough spots. Was hoping it would help fund the projects, but will leave that for next big find. Rod
