Not mine. But in my opinion this is the only way to go with a sedan.

Check out Coop's post on "Jakes" 4 door. Very Nice! I'm sure you can search it on here. Maybe someone can just post some pics.

  6. Do you know how many inches this is chopped? I am thinking of a 4" chop, and that looks pretty close to that. I am wanting to do a build similar to Vern Hammonds 3 window...only sedan form. His is a 6" chop, but I think that would be a little too extreme on a sedan.

    Thanks!

    No sorry I don't. But my guess it's chopped about 4 1/2 or 5".

  9. Madmath, whats the chop on yours?? Like I said, I am thinking about a 4" chop, but want to see some pics of a fenderless car with that chop (or close to it) Nice project, by the way.

Here's a few pic's for inspiration. I think the chop on Robert Williams wife's car (gray full fendered car pictured below) is the nicest looking chop I've seen on a '33-'34 sedan.

Here's a pic of my sedan. I'm going the channeled and unchopped route. It will look like the 5W pictured below as far as the chassis set up and stance. Jerry Walker aka "Porkchop" of Walker's Landspeed and Custom is doing the work on my car and the 5W is his personal ride.

Build it how you've pictured it. Depends on the look your aiming for. Personally I don't think you can ever go wrong with a chop.

She's a beauty! I'm thinking of changing direction of my build and go fenderless.

I like them with or without fenders. Here's mine with 4 inch chop.
