Nice score! Seriously makes me regret selling the cherry '34 Plymouth PE Coupe I had a few years ago. It had a Chevy 383 stroker, T-10 and narrowed '57 Chevy rear axle. Looked like it was built in the 70's. I always wanted to put my 354 hemi in it but didn't have the scratch to build it and sold it about three years ago. Sure would like to have one again some day to put that hemi in... even a Dodge pickup of that era would be cool. Will be watching your progress with great interest.

Perfect choice! Subscribed! This is gonna be a badass car. What suspension setup are you planning? Lowered, Gasser style? If you have any ideas you'd like to see Photoshopped just let me know.
In the mid '70s I had a '70 Plymouth Duster with a 340 & 4 speed. It didn't take much to make it a little screamer.

Did you guys notice the boxed front frame section, the all hydraulic brakes, the lack of wooden framing in the body??? Just wonder why these cars were always disrespected, and under valued? Hope you are going to be brave enough to keep the front suspension close to the way it was built and not put a buggy spring under it.

Wow, what a solid project! Sounds like you've got some good plans for it too...

Is that bondo you found, or lead?

Man oh man that body looks good! Seems like something that would normally be found out west in the drier states. You have a great start to a very cool project.
