well Im looking for a cartoonist or a drawer to make me some kinda logo art work for a old 60s dragster thought about naming the car the "dragon master" do not see it on the list so why not. http://wdifl.com/carnames.html cant find any history on it ,it did come out of walt Austin shop. while im at it does anybody have a contact for him to? just to find out what he knows about the dragster and where he got it if someone wants to forward this to him. I prefer to put the car back correct as the original owner but not having any luck on the history of it . thanks
yup, it's all your's if you want it. just a quickie though. you wouldn't want to know my hourly rate.
You might try contacting the NHRA museum in Pomona CA. they've helped me in the past when I'm doing restoration work . Good luck .
Oh,I read the title wrong. You want a cartoonist and NOT a cartoon character.I was going to say that I know quite few cartoon characters here on the HAMB and that you could take your pick!
Go to the georgetrosley.com website. He used to draw for CARtoons magazine. He drew a shot of our cars coming off the line at the local drag strip with the front ends up and flames out of the headers. I used the photo for my Christmas cards.
Contact joel napristak. Race car artist on the hamb. He has done alot of work for me. Always impressed. He also did the ss and afx tribute in garlits museum.
