This is my Edsel, still in the works. Plans include metal flake, lace paint, floating hubcaps, lowered, emblem shaving, cruiser skirts, and a custom '58 1/2 grill center. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1383235936.307593.jpg

    Awesome work.
Where did you get the inner wheel wells?

The inner wheel wells were from a donor car. I have 2 parts cars so almost all rust patches are from another car

What are those skirts off of? They look good on your Edsel. Got a buddy in my car club building an Edsel ranger as well.

    Hey Falcondad

Bought a good cardboard defroster duct for the car, came in the mail broken in half. So we glassed over it and its looks better than before and stronger!

  20. Your Edsel looks great - nice work. How hard was it to get the dash out?

It wasn't to bad, i got as much as i could off of the dash before taking it out, Like all the cables and wires and gauge cluster.

  22. One of my only regrets is passing on a '59 ranger hard top, so i could buy a piece of junk '54 ford. I would have a finished and painted car at this point if I had that edsel! Sharp looking cars

That looks good! I like what you did with the separation of the two colors, never seen that before

Very nice, I have a '59 Ranger 2 door post and I had to make most of the rear quarter panels for it, couldn't find donor parts, the thread is on here somewhere. Your work looks nice, and I do like the cruiser skirts too. Looking forward to updates.

Update: my 4in Firestone Sleeve bags arrived. The lower mounting bracket we made from aluminum plate which sits under the existing 3in lowering block. Working on some different ideas for mounting the top of the bags to the frame, pics soon
