Great photos, a peek into the past. It's good to see old style rods/customs in their natural habitat.

The amount of work Kip has done on this is unreal. He's a real craftsman.

I think that from this angle these cars are so damn sexy with the long sweeping tail.

  14. Thanks. The reason I left her a 5window and not change her to a 3 window is because there are not many 5 windows done in a 40's custom style.
Yes Eric. Good guess. Thanks for the compliment. We had been planning this for a while. Just waiting on me to get done with the metal.
    Thanks.
Thanks. The give's her her attitude!

    Couldent agree more.

Kipp, You have nailed it! That grill, those bumpers. the front fender extensions, the skirts. The chop is perfectly proportioned to the body and thanks for saving the quarter windows. Overall I like the way your looks better than my own.
My compliments to your photographer as well. His site selection couldn't have been more appropriate. His composition places your coupe in that perfect 40s context and his lighting really highlights the gorgeous contours of your coupe. Be sure to get an 18 x24 framed enlargement for your man cave.
Thanks for sharing all your work and I look forward to seeing your continuing progress.
Best Regards and Good Luck with all your endeavors, KB.

Not to hijack the thread but I did a shoot of my 52 Chevy in that location on my way to Bonneville a couple of years ago. Nice background.

    Love the 36 BTW

I love 35-36 Ford 5 window coupes, they arenso, nice. And yours is done absolutely perfect. It really shows how nice these cars can be if the are hopped and customized in a good way.

This is just the style of custom cars we need to see more... Looking forward to each new update.

    Thanks Steve!

I shoot with a Canon 5DmII and 3 strobes with a battery pack.

  26. Thanks again KB. The site was perfect and in the nick of time as the rain n snow is finaly setting in. If we had waited one more week I think we would have been SOL. My walls will be covered with enlargments I am sure.
Thanks. The best is yet to come.
Thanks. Should never have sold that little truck. At least she went to a good home.
