    moved back to mississippi and my dad went and bought this 41 chevy coup it was all thair complet but man is it ruff this is what happens when you pay 500 dallors for a coup lol wll any way ill post pics when i can not real good at forums but the car is comming out ok i like build treads so heres mine if i get the pics to load

    we bought every part EMS make and i have to make alot of stuff but heres the floor kit rockers frount cowl pieces and and backs

    thank you.its going to take awhile i have alot more to do yet.pluse work on my roadster and of all things a miata! lol started the trunk its for a trunk in petter shape then mine

    I'm quite a bit older than your dad,--But here's my first car in 1949,--It was only 8 years old then.
    Bought it from a school teacher for $500.00.

    well started on this today the rear pan kinda warped on the top that many curves your going to have problems like the cowl piece on the right it was a pain

    looks good. did you have to put in any additional floor supports when you did the floor in the front?

    Mine was rusty but not that rusty... makes me feel better!

    definitely subscribing to this thread.

    post pics for what you do on the inner wheel wells in the back.

    no just replaced the old ones the front ones that came with the floor dont line up all to well ill have to fix it it bugs me ill get picks soon
     
  18. Damn, ruff is an understatement……but looks like your making good progress.
    We just chopped my '41 Coupe this past weekend.
    Maybe when we finish these we'll cross paths at "Cruizin the Coast"

    ps I have a shop working on Miata's, so I know the feeling.

    We used the street rod pan on my 47 it took a trimming to match up and we had to put in a section for a light. I put my bumpers back on and the requuired us to
    to cut slits, we end up mounting it like a 39 Chevy.
