Chevy Mag in a Caddy Motor?

I have a vertex magneto out of my 427 motor that I'm not using. I was told it can be used in a small block OR big block. Was wondering if it is usable in a 331 Caddy ? OR can it be converted. I'd like to use it in my 32 5 Window project

 

Yes, The mag generator unbolts from the base and just change base. Don ZIG (Los Angles CA.) magnetos has been doing it for years.

We have done quite a few of these lower end changes to the 331 . we machine a new lower end to match the 331. Use you donor 331 for parts drive gear etc...
