New and need a Little help

Ive got a 1966 f250 3/4ton with a 352fe. Ive seen a few 360 and 390s in 70's ford pick ups in the junk yards with sets of headers. I wanted to know if they would work for my 352. Also I wanted to covert my distributor from point to electric would the 360 or 390fe work off a late 70s pickup? If anyone could help me out id be really greatfull
