My brother has recently started drawing these, drawn in pencil and pen then scanned and coloured in photoshop. Pretty good for a first effort i reckon!

 

I know I am going to take a beating for this ,but what the hell! So my wife calls me out of the garage to help her make cookies for a Halloween party we are going to this weekend. She was not feeling that great so I said ok I don't think she will ask again. Is this Art

Wow! Another knock-out Friday art show! Everybody's smokin'!

Did this one over last winter and put it in a local auto art show.Made from V-10 American LaFrance engine

 

looking for stuff to take to a meet this weekend and found another "new" old sign I did about a year ago and forgot.

Bob, these colorized black & whites are something special! Just love them!

They look good nothing like pigment, binder and paper, a little color correcting hint is when we do scans/photos of artwork at work we include a small grey card to color match to in photoshop and then crop it out, it helps a lot.

Great show as usual folks.

I finished up a rendering tonight that is almost on-topic. At least the timeframe is right. This was done for the winner of the JDRF Fundraising Auction at work.



and a 'toon I finished up a couple of weeks ago for a customer. Correct timeframe....but it is a VW.

Thanks Mr Greenberg. Kickin' butt in Baltimore. And yeh, re Scotty's wild ride- they were sorting it- it's 'new'. Some cats impress ya- I was really impressed with his lateral thinking, and ability to make something wild from junk. Real old- time way.

 

Just got home from Gillman Historic Speedway season opener. Crazy.

the picture of the woman sitting in the touring, looking over her shoulder, just got to me. There's something mischievous in her eyes. I really like it. I'd like to ask permission to blow it up some and frame it for my garage. What do you say?

your son's tank takes me back to when I was 10, sitting in my grandma's basement drawing cars and choppers while my cousin sat next to me drawing tanks and battle ships while making engine revs, gun fire, mortar and explosion noises...
