Welllll Jeff got T boned in his 47 rag top and found a really nice coupe door to make the change over . the culprits im glad i didnt make the first cut ... NOS mouse no NOS bottom welded in .sides cut down . top sitting in place measure about a million times maaaaybe eventually make a cut jam a hammer in your gut , press on the door skin with you elbow and you are ready for some tig welding ! fit is important tig welded and finished with a vixen file ... more to come later on this was enough for my arm one day
Great work! Cutting the door to save a ragtop is the only reason to perform surgery on a near perfect door of that vintage.
