I dig the two tone...but that roof is just wayyy too tall and is begging for a chop, lean the A pillars back a little bit for that nice rake, maybe a set of skinnies up front and some cheater slicks out back. It could be bitchin!

    Yeah, funny. Anybody know?

  7. cozy coupe for sure.
there is what also looks like a 36 plymouth behind it. if it was me i would go after that, instead of the cozy coupe.

  8. My 5 year old wants to build one monkey garage style, I heard a guy named lambretch has a few in a barn.
Id love a cozy coupe barn find but I wouldn't know how to wash it.

Grandson has the blue Roadster version, hooked up a Chihuaha/Terrier mix to it and it rolls pretty good. He's a year and a half old futrue Hot Rodder. Bob

You should clear coat the patina and bag it.

Went through a couple of those C coupes a good while back. Beware the steering's a little sketchy on those. Good candidate for a straight axle.

The CC looks completely rust free... You should just run that as is. As for the chop, I would go to far I'm 5 10" and it's a little snug for me stock

Im kinda liking the idea of clearcoating the patina and running it as a "barn find." I think there is a vendor on here who sells a disc brake conversion kit. Add some 59 cad tail lights and you will be winning trophies left and right! Just dont clean off the fruit rollup stains, they add to the originality. I think im gonna hunt for a Big Wheel and add a sidecar for my old lady!

    You need a better camera.....

I think you found a somewhat rare car. My eyes need help, and the pic sucks for detail, but are the grille bars angled to almost 45 degrees?

I think what you found is a 33 Olds, but the very rare 8 cyl version, not the less rare 6 cyl.

Any 33 Olds is rare enough, but the 8 is rarely seen.

The 33 6 would have horizontal bars.

^^^Not anymore. Maybe more of an up in the air "gasser" stance.
