Major points go to you for taking something so commonly used, and with a few well thought out,yet still very traditional parts choices, and a clever and unique choice of paint colors, has turned out to be a very refined, yet dramatic looking engine.VERY nice job!

This is my own personal car. It's my first hot rod to build. I used to build race cars (circle track / drag cars) until the oilfield sucked me in. Now i just play in my shop at home. Thanks again, Joey

First off, to finish and drive it! It has a 10" quick change under it, 4 speed, 39 Lincoln brakes, Schroeder steering box, Pinkee's firewall / pedal mount, etc. I'm looking for some teamwork between form and function that will show off the mechanical pieces that make it up. I also have a pretty nice (at least I think) color for the body that goes really well with the engine color. [IMG][IMG][IMG]

It would be cool if you are 4' tall. I am 6' 1'' and can't sit up straight in mine, and I only chopped it 3''.

Seat mounting is important too....Pretty much zero rise on the bracket, with a little angle back (not much room for that in an A coupe, but you take what you can get,I guess) buys a lot of room.

Three inches looks great on some, especially on Deuce rails, but with the smaller dimensions of the A rails,a really hard chop has always been what gets my blood pumpin'.

That car looks like something out of a Krause & Bernie strip in Cartoons.

That is sooooooo clean and razor sharp!!!!
It looks a lot like the last one my Dad built,as far as wheel/tire and paint color.
Stance is right on the money,wheel/tire combo is a bullseye, color is nice, rams horn manifolds on the sbc are super slick, and fit very well with the overall theme of the car.
    Nice job!!!!
