Sorry to keep you waiting. Life has its way of getting in the way. Technology has not been my friend and currently I am a victim to my macs temper. I hope things will be right soon and I can once again be allowed to access my hard drive. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Hear is a little tease to keep this going until I am hard drive capable. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Congrats on the purchase of the car, meeting Gary-(His son is great as well), the whole ride home=Incredible! I did the first Americruise 93 in my 34 3W hiboy on un-replaceable Dirt Track tires. I totally did the backroads just to be able to see alot of this country. It was nutz! but I'd do it again in an instant!!!! Good luck with the new Rodney and post the pix when Mr Mac allows you to.
Might have something exciting in the works with the story. Hopefully I will have a big update for all soon. Thanks to everyone on the kind wishes and dealing with my slow finale. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!

Okay so its been some time... Check out The Rodders Journal issue 61 to get the full story. Sorry for the hold out, but I wanted to keep it until the issue was coming out, and now I have my copy and I know it is really in there. This is one of coolest things to ever happen in my life. Here is a sneak peak at the article.
Bumping one of the best threads/stories ever. Finally found a copy of Rodders Journal on the news stand. For anyone who missed this thread, this is what it's all about!
I worked for Gary during the late 80's early 90's.Some of my best times. The man has a tremendous eye for what's right, and his knack for finding the cool stuff is second to none.Got my 34 5-window from him.The man taught me much. Your car is perfect.

Great car. Great story. Great memories from Rucker. Love the wire grass country of South Alabama. Need to make a road trip down that way in my primered 31 roadster.
"I had to bump this one back up.What a car." I could not agree more. I was on an Unknown Roadster kick over the winter and realized I didn't have RJ# 61 so had to order one up. Such a cool car and very cool of Greg to share his journey.
