Todays work on the 33......this is the roof insert, it will have brass wing nuts to hold it down in place. the fit on top will be perfect and flush with the roof

Love the color on the '32 as well.

The '33 has some really cool touches. Gas tank was executed great and the one piece hood looks pretty cool.

Scott - even someone who is not able to read the tread on your coupes , would be able to see WTF is going on , the photos of the build , almost tell what kind of quality of build that it is, awesome build , and thanks for sharing with all of us drooling with great envy ( not jealous , ok a little LOL ) for me , the fab and mock up stage of any build is the best, your builds just take it to a different level , thanks tintop :)

Thanks to all of you and the bonner is right.......Get a boner will ya. I have had a great time and meet some great folks in the last few years, putting all that information into the coupes has been an experience to say the least. Rudy did such a great job on the 33 and allowed me to tell him what I wanted to build and he took that to the vision that I had. When you build these cars and are lucky in life as I have been, to be able to do it to the level that has been done, its very satisfying. I hope I have done the era Justice and will be proud and happy to stand next to them at an event. I am trying to build what I think would have been built had Ford had "design" back then. The colors and that stances are very important to me and the car itself. I don't just want to spend tons of cash and build some shinny rod thats been done before, trying to build one that I can say I built and or designed. Some have said its too much and other have said its just money tossed. I will respectfully disagree and say that the design in and of it self, is what has been done. I spent 16 years directing and all of it was cars, some on stage and some not. At the end of the day it's a design that cars need to tell you what there about. I see just what these two are about......

The roof insert is getting closer and these are the conners that had to be made as separate pieces and then grafted in. It will be a one pice roof and held down with brass wing nuts. Look above at the start and follow down to these and you will get it....

The 32 was draw up to help make the color choice, Eric Black did a fanatic job of it and there were many stop to get there. The process is pretty cool.....

Loved Myke's version a whole lot but that subtle dove grey looks really cool. Love the wheel and tire combo and as usual Eric Black killed it. Probably the most prolific concept auto artist out there.

  29. Love both of those cars ! Well done !
