Vintage shots from days gone by!

Suddenly spitting feathers does'nt seem like such a bad thing. LOL

 

For us today, these were "the good old days" when discussing cars. But to those who lived those days, life was hard. I remember my folks having a very very tough time making ends meet right after the war and on through to about 1952 when my dad finally got out of debt. Man, did we ever eat a lot of beans and onions.

Barbara Eden was key to my pubescent "self discovery"! I think it's when I started to have to wear glasses. Perhaps there was something to that "you'll go blind" threat after all!
