How many hemi owners on the board

We've one 315 outta' a '58 D500 truck and a 241 still in its '54 wrapper from the Lambrecht auction!

 

A supercharged 392 in a 33 Imperial.

 

Just one, 315 out of a 58 pick-up. Don't have a plan for it yet, only have owned it for 25 years. I do have this little off-topic british sports car, Hmmm!

 

54 331 CHRYSLER, 55 270 dodge. have plans for one so far.

One, fresh .030" over 392 set up for alcohol and a blower (11 to 1 compression).
It's actually not mine, but it's been in my garage for many years waiting for final assembly.
I offered to put it into one of my cars, my friend that actually ownes it...didn't think that was funny...!
But in actuality, I doubt he'd mind if I finished it and stuck it into one of my 54 Stude Conestogas till he comes up with a home for it....

Congrats on being poster 666 Hemi29. Just picked up a freshly rebuilt 1958 Imperial 392 with 8 97's on it and a seperate 4x2 manifold going in a 1931 5 window.

I just bought another one. This one is a 55 331. I mainly wanted the triple nickel heads, but I got the whole enchilada - or should I say "hole" enchilada

Got four at last count, all 392s. One in the ol flatbottom, one for the Willys pu, one stone stocker and one in Mike VVs garage (the blown alky version).

 

Any kind of hemi, eh? How about this 1929 Indian 45" 101 Scout hemi racer? It's the Elmer Turner Special. It is a full hemi head, and has valves and ports the same as or bigger than a 74" Chief. Note the angle of the valve springs.

 

I've hot a 1955 331 that I'm going to be using in my model A sedan project.

I'M TRYING TO BECOME A HEMI OWNER BUT I CAN'T FIND A VINTAGE BLOWN HEMI FOR MY WILLYS SO I'M STUCK WITH MY sbc FOR NOW.

I have a 57 392 with 55 331 heads in my coupe, and a 55 331 going in my 35 ford pickup.

 

I've got a pair, stock on the left and still at the machine shop on right.

 

I have a bored .o60 over 57 392 hemi I'm building to put into a 66 Barracuda.LOL!! The only things about this engine that are OEM are the block and crankshaft.Also,that cross-ram intake is a one-of-a-kind custom built unit.Ever see a cross-ram intake for a 392 hemi?

I started collecting them when I was 21, I am 33 now. I have 3 392's and a 330. I was a SBC high school kid, but then saw my first front engine topfuel dragster and it's been all hemi's since. I have been doing the bottom end on nitro cars since 2001, so none of my junk ever gets finished. One day I may post a build thread on hear....I hope.
