This is Atlantic City, the Virginia Avenue beach and the boardwalk viewed from the Steel Pier. You can see the Globe Burlesque theater in the backround. When we were kids, we used to shinny up the downspout and peep into the upstairs dressing rooms, checking out the "dancers" as they changed costumes. Of course, they would see us, get pissed, and chase us back down. We were some bad kids!

  9. We always see that "Kachess" sign next to the reservoir, so assumed that's what they called it (hey, we're from Oregon) - with so many informational signs along the side of the road, interesting they don't identify reservoir. The water level was down pretty far when we drove by in early September, lots of tree stumps visible and not much water. They've been blasting for over a year, it's amazing how much rock they've pulled off the face and stacked elsewhere.

There is not one thing not to like about this photo.
Perfect form - a real woman, not one of those tatted-out skinny lizards that seem to be preferred as pin-ups today.
    Hubba hubba ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

back at 80280. My son had one like this at Katella H.S. Anaheim in the late 70's. The California plate was FSBK. In about 1982 I sold it for him to a restorer in Anaheim. Maybe it's still around. After we bought it we discovered it had a '68 front clip so we changed the trim to '67. It was a 289 auto.
