I need help with some measurements for the grill shell for my truck. I found a 39 international grill shell to use in conjunction with my 41 kb1 international cab. I'm looking for help with spacing between it and the firewall/cowl area. Front to back and too to bottom. Thanks in advance

Do you want us to meaure a K or a D? You've got me confused.
It sounds like you're mixing models

The D series grill was never used with the K/KB cab so not sure what you are wanting measurement wise. The D series cab is way different then the later K/KB cabs. I have both D series trucks and K/KB truck so i can get you some measurements.

I didnt know the 39-41 cab was different. Im still learning about these trucks. I apologize.

what about measuring from a spot on the grill to say the door pins? Top and bottom.

I guess you need to post a picture.
I can't see what good this measurement would do anyone.
    D series was 1937 to 1940
    K was 1941 to 1949 (KB).
    Different trucks.
If you're mixing models you'd have to fab a hood if you want a hood.
And if you're not running a hood, why worry about meaurements from grille shell to cab?
I've got both models D and K. Glad to help you figure out what you want.
