there is a guy on eBay that's sells frame and suspension specs copied from an old shop manual of some sort, probably body shop because it gives great frame details and where to measure from. just got one for my 40 Buick limited. Think I paid 7 bucks
Hello Daddy O, I need 4 dimensions: L1, L2, L3, L4. It would be a great help to me! I have a 49-54 chevy frame. The front section of the frame rails is similar to front section of the 40's chevy frame rails? Thanks
Hello, sorry for my delay, finally got some measurements for you, here they are: L1: 166" L2: 43" L3: 10" L4: 8" Not sure if a 49-54 would be close. I'd try to find a shop manual from one of those years, and get the same picture of the frame, (as shown above), and compare the two frames.
