In that picture are 8 cars, if you count the visable front tires, it's a little hard to see that one on the far left, (dark wheel).

That's tremendous performance! What are the 60 foot times?

BTW, I get SDRA on my Facebook now.

Hi Bobw, the 60 foot times for all of us are usually between 1.62 and just under 2, this track is among the best surfaces anywhere. That's what I have been told by big racers that come here to race, from all over the country and a few from Australia.

Ya I am sure that both the Hornet 2 dragster along with Bridgewaters dragster can run mid to low 9's all day long with a set of 10" slicks. The 6" street tires is the class equalizer. ;)

That is 5 pages of great FM dragsters, altered, gassers & SDRA dragsters over on the Southwest Jr Dragster Photo Site that Mudflap261 talked about, check it out.:)

I am sure the track is prepped to the tea for an event like that, with that much compound down do the 11.25 - 11.50 SDRA cars still spin the tires on the leave?:confused:

that's a big 10/4 good buddy .you have to keep the crankshaft a head of the pinion or it will bog .it makes it more exciting. we had lots of intrest shown in the cars ,and bridgewater sold a car to built this winter we were all pleased with the event

mudflap, thanks very much for the link to the Southwest Junior Fuel site. The slide show is outstanding. Looks like a meet to attend as a spectator.
The SDRA cars are the best!

Good news the class is growing at least by one.
