  3. For me this was "the hotrod" in Georgetown this weekend. I've never wanted to build a roadster so bad until I saw this one.

Man that is one cool video. Thanks for posting it for all of us to see. Now that's "real" hot rodding ! No stupid Mustangs,Corvetts,Cobras or Camaros just down to earth where this hot rod thing all started.

I can't even begin to express how much fun this was.

The town, the people, the cars, the course.

    EPIC.

  10. Even though I didn't have a car at this gig. I had the best time at any car event I've been to in a long time. It was kind of like discovering hot rodding all over again. It's so dang hard to describe. All of the parts came together to make one incredible kick ass event. So many great things and fantastic people with big smiles and laughs all weekend.

Mike, you knocked it out of the park, blew it out of the water, and got a #1 hit on your hands. So glad I got to be a part and help out. This was EPIC and will be talked about for years. When we're the old timers sitting around the table so many great memories will be relived. Hopefully, we can torture our kids and grand kids with having to hear about this for the millionth time.

Hotrods, a car show with real cars, old rock bands, flatheads, roadsters, coupes, dancin' girls all in a cool old mountain town. Now that's the way to end the summer.

  16. Next year we will have to do a HAMB meet and greet. We have to put names with all the faces.

I've been attending and participating in car events for fifty plus years for business as well as pleasure and this one rates right at the top. Mike did a great job and deserves every one of the kudos posted here. Still refuse to do Facebook so I'm looking for more photos posted here.

This has got to have been the best Hot Rod event Colorado has to offer. Such a refreshing accumulation of period hot rods. I don't think we can thank Mike enough for putting this together. The organization was spot on and encompassed every aspect anyone could think of. The shuttles going up and down the hill were such a great idea. I hope this doesn't die after the one year, and I hope we can rally to help make this a yearly event and support Mike if he decides to do this again. It can only get bigger and better!

My Dad and I had the time of our lives at this event. I flew my father out from Michigan as a Father's Day gift. Honestly I think it was the best gift I've ever given him. Thanks Mike for putting on an event that we'll remember forever.

THANKS for this great coverage of the best event I have been to this year. The drive up early Saturday was a fine start to a beautiful day. The best cars, people and time I could hope for. Is this the 1st annual? If so, I will be back! Again-THANKS!
