    I served in the Army from 1963 to 1974, My uncle Jack was an old time hot rodder. He was the one that gave me my hot rod roots. He was in the Army Air corp during World two and was part of the Atomic bomb team that droped the big one. He built a model A V8 coupe that was to die for when I was in high school, he did it for me.--TV

    I was very fortunate to of had 3 great men influence my hot rodding, the first was my dad who served in WWII and Korea on theminesweeper USS Dextrous, he gave me my passion for all cars. The second was my uncle who served under Patton in WWII and then was captured the second week of the Korean war and survived as 1 of the longest held POW officers of the Korean war,he loved his 1965 Mustang after he retired. The third is my wifes uncle who served in Vietnam with the 173rd Airborne, he was involved in the battle that Big and Rich wrote the song 8th of November about, he loves corvettes! I could not join the military but did work at Ft Carson as Heavy Equipment Mechanic for 8 yrs under a defense contract. Thanks to all for their sacrifice!!

    By the way I can say this because I used to be an Army Warrant Officer, helo pilot and an Air force pilot.

    The Air force pilots prayer;
    May God grant me the eyes of an eagle, the stealth of a stocking Tiger, and the balls of an Army helicopter pilot!
