    If there's a way to donate old car magazines/books to va hospitals or even parts to organizations directly building projects/rehab centers that build hotrods cars etc. please let me know.

    I just take mine to the local vetrans service office and he delivers them to the 3 area VA hospitals. The guy's just love them, I have got letters from some of the vets.

    Was in the service of our Uncle from March 1969 untill March of 1971. I spent my time after training at Fort Richardson Alaska, just outside of Anchorage
     
  14. Spec 5 Gary Estes, reported for duty in August of 1967. A tour of Viet Nam, got back to civilian life in the spring of 1969.
    My latest project was a 1946 Chevy truck, yep, painted it olive drab.

Camp Eagle @ Hue.served with 101st Airborne Div.during entire enlistment(66-69). i would do it again especially jumping from the C141 Starlifter jets. thank GOD He blessed America. i would do it all over again.............AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY!!!!.....................

    Short story, then I will get back to the shop. Had a pinstriper buddy stripe "NamVet 67-68 ,one half tall letters, on the rear panel of my hotrod. Not to brag, but just on a whim. I am still surprised how many guys comment on this. Many were there. a couple have even said thanks for me going so maybe they didnt have to. I enjoy every comment.
