This is Monogram 's 1930 Packard speedster Boat tail . I'm told there was a Touring version also . I did this to be a part of a diorama which will be shown in Norfolk Virginia October 26th . The diorama is a model of the former Zeppelin Diner , see ya'all there !!!!!!!!! scrubba
This is a White cab over I started to Scratch build awhile back, I thick It is time to finish it. Enjoy
Damn this thread was hard to find! Here's a AMT 58 Impala that I recently finished. I used all of the "custom" options in the kit, even when it looked kinda goofy.
Burgundy is Testors ('83 issue) and the blue is IMC / Union ('67ish issue). Both got the chop even tho they are convertibles. Testors got full fade aways and opened trunk. IMC got Caddy grill. I had painted the IMC a green color first then changed it to a blue hue. James aka JoKer
I started on this model LONG ago, and just pulled it out of the box. Still not close to done but it was inspiring to get it out. The little driveway/runway I made in junior high school for an airplane model. I was going to put the GTO on it with junk laying around, like a stalled project. The concrete squares aren't very driveway looking, though! It is cool to see the models posted on Sundays. I want to start on one again...someday.
Not really plastic models, but here's two I am kind of proud of, both have nitro burning engines and the red one I built from scratch.
Models aren't necessarily plastic . I build models using Brass, Fiberglass, lead soldier , paper and several other off the wall materials . The Midget racer looks great . scrubba
