I decided to try out this beta.... Ive got a kid on the way and decided to start a new project . mostly posting on IG but decided to throw it into the world of the hamb...... the word is get it done.... I dont have the expensive tools ,space or money , but the plan is to bring home my little girl from the hospital in this turd.....

E Black drew me up a rendering so i gotta make it happen now... thanks eric!!!

Flat top bob has helped me out a ton finding some of the hard to find parts for my front end thanks again sir ... heres some pix of whats been done so far. and yes im building it behind my garage in the dirt...

the idea is to build a post war kustom classy and smooth with a high school confidential chop.... i could write more but youll get the idea..

  3. I enjoy watching the progress on IG! Do those fender extensions simply bolt to the doors and quarters?

I think the chop looks good at the height. This looks to be a great project Tim!

not exactly . they would if they were going on the car they waere made for but the pontiac fenders and chevy stuff needs some love . I an waiting on some parts to align the front end then i can dice up the fenderextentions and make em flow...

then the front end gets blasted and the whole lot primed ready for fine tuning

Looks really good Tim. I gotta agree with the need for a little more out of the top. But, I've been really jonesing for a car that's really well done, but a little...irresponsible. Something maybe chopped a little too much, making it's sinister nature unavoidable.

    or something like that.

I have been following the progress on Instagram, and if it comes close to that rendering it will be killer for sure!

Are those Caddy fade-a-ways. I discovered too late that each division had progressively longer ones. I had want to end mine at the door but your idea looks kool.

Tim in the rendering from Eric the front window opening looks raised a bit and the doors look extended? Will you be doing that? Sorry for all the questions I love the build.

  19. This is going to be a great looking car. I look forward to following the progress.

    the much needed update!!!!

well shit howdy i had a girl!!!! time to kick it into high gear. ive been twisting a nut or two every day to get this thing done for my girls, but they had other plans. such as my baby girl Zoe was born a month early on halloween. trick and a treat if you ask me. so between work, diapers and cuddle time oh and the hospital every 3 hours im im the car corral working ...be prepared as i am a backyard builder. im not the best by any means but i get it done and its strong...im a photographer first not a car builder...ha!!!

oh and royal shifter im not extending the doors yet talked to mr eric black and he said the doors remain stock... although i have another door waiting if i feel the need later to cut it up again....

right now the chops done aside from filler, lead or lightweight havnt decided yet.. getting it fired but found out the hei i got for free was from china , goddamn i hate chinese shit !!!! guess thats why it was free for me ... other than that she's ready to run , but dont hae a pic yet of that stage .... ill post some more photos later , but heres some for now...
