The Best Damned Pictures of Billetproof 2013!!!

The black, blown Vette went a little before the 57 and it pulled good. Dave's Hillside Garage '55's tires were too wide to fit in the dyno trailer....too bad...it's another nasty 4 speed sbc car....woulda been wild.

It was hidden right out in the open and looked like an open trailer for swap meet stuff rather than a dyno trailer. I took this photo and didn't actually know what they were up to when I took the photo. I actually thought it was a two car stacked car hauler and they were loading the black Vette on top at the time.


I took that photo and toddled on taking more and never gave it another thought. Later someone said that the black Vette had made it's pulls and wondered if the white one was going to give it a go. That's when the light in my brain came on.

 

The HP numbers weren't that high but the black Vette owned by Dave hit 174 mph. I think his 1/4 mph is usually in the 140 mph range.

Rabidwhippet takes lots of awesome shots at Billetproof, but....for me a trip to Billetproof Chehalis isn't complete without a trip over to Galvin Wa, (less than 10 miles from Billetproof). Here is a pic from last weekend.

Thanks!! Yes it is a shitload of work. I post them one at a time and not as thumbnails as this then becomes work for every person viewing! I try and make it so people can just scoll down the page and hope that people can scroll past the cars that don't interst them and carry on to the ones that they like. Pretty simple. This show is one of the best in the NW but there are many others every weekend. Greenwood is a Mile long of cars lined up on both sides of the street and has some really cool car, Good Guys is just around the corner with Amocat piggy backing that show. Amocat it really cool!! The World famous Swindlers poker run is also by far the best Hotrod cruise!! The next month the weather forcast in the NW is showing no rain and 80s to 90s the whole month.
