Hi all, Been reading quite a few posts and like what you have going on here. I just bought a '51 Chevy pickup and looking forward to participating on the forum here. Will post a few photos. Working on getting the gas pedal relocated for my long legs. Will have to see if there is a thread already started on this.

Thanks for the feedback. I like reading posts that relate to the parts of my truck that are original (and will stay original), but your point is well taken regarding the chassis, engine and wheels.
Have other wheels and tires ready to put on, will post pics if anyone is interested, however will need to wait until our move to CO is done. Would love to find a way to mount the original old steering wheel to this column. This is the same year and model truck I rode with my dad to farm and back each day when young.
